In this section, you will find answers to the most common questions about photoshoots, my working process, and technical details. I hope this information will help clear up any doubts and give you a better understanding of what to expect. If you have any additional questions, I am always available and ready to assist you!
How to book a photoshoot and is a deposit required?
To book a photoshoot, we agree on the date, location, and time. After that, you send a deposit of 100 PLN via BLIK. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
However, the photoshoot can be rescheduled if you notify me at least 5 days in advance.
Do you shoot only in Krakow?
I conduct family photoshoots only in Krakow and its surroundings. However, wedding packages “M” and “L” are available in all cities across Poland.
Can you keep our photos private?
As the author of the photos, I retain the right to publish them on social media. If you prefer to keep the photos private, please inform me before the photoshoot. In that case, the price of the photoshoot will increase by 20%.
Can we choose the photos for editing?
Yes, I allow clients to select the photos they want to be edited. However, please inform me of your choice immediately after the photoshoot.
Are studio rental, makeup, and hairstyling included in the price?
All additional services are not included in the photoshoot price, but I will gladly share links to trusted professionals. Also, if the photoshoot takes place in a location that requires an entrance fee, the client is responsible for those costs.
How to book a wedding photoshoot?
We agree on the date, location, and time for the photoshoot. Then, I will send you the contract for review. If everything suits you, we meet for a coffee to get to know each other, sign the contract, and transfer the deposit.
